I’ve really been enjoying the fresh-hopped beers this year, but what I’ve really been craving is a fresh-hopped double IPA. Along comes Old Yale Brewing to the rescue with the first release from their new single batch limited release series. I really hope I can get this one in Victoria!
October 21, 2016 (Chilliwack, BC) – With an ever-growing lineup of products, it’s no surprise that Chilliwack craft beer pioneer, Old Yale Brewing announced the release of a brand new series that will allow them to push the limits in their craft beer innovation.
New Series Launching
Today, Old Yale Brewing announced the launch of a new series called the “Trailblazer Series”. Old Yale positions the series as a way to celebrate the struggles and triumphs of trailblazing:
“When you’re blazing new trails, we believe the journey is as important as the destination. At Old Yale Brewing, we’ve used lessons from our 15+ years of persistence, struggles, patience and triumphs to create our Trailblazer Series: bold new flavours and ingredients, combined to craft truly one-of-a-kind beers for your drinking pleasure.”
New Product Launching
The first beer released in this new series is the “Fresh Hop Double IPA”, which is brewed with 300lbs of Centennial hops picked 20km from Old Yale’s brewery, and rushed over to be stuffed into their hop torpedo. With incredible citrusy, piney and resiny fresh hop character, it’ll please even the most discerning hopheads.
Fresh Hop Double IPA will be available for order in 650 mL bottles and kegs, and will be sold in retail stores and at Old Yale Brewing later this month.
