From the label:
Welcome to the show, where weirdos are welcome and freaks are what’s on stage, quench your thirst for curiosity with this rich tiramisu dessert stout.
This beer pours out near-jet black with half a finger of beige foam that dissipates instantly and leave no lacing.
The nose is cocoa, caramel, molasses, and brown sugar. The mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied, with very light carbonation, and an off-dry finish. The palate is a little bready, with hints of chocolate, caramel, syrup, and a slightly metallic aftertaste.
I don’t know. I drank a bottle of Soft DK from Evil Twin last night and that was a far better representation of what a dessert stout should taste like. This was not a bad beer, but it wasn’t even really sweet and the metallic aftertaste reminded me of nights drinking Guinness in my late teens. Again, not a bad stout, but definitely not a dessert stout.
