Ravens Brewing Collaborates with Steel & Oak on Beer & Cider Hybid Called a Graf

Ravens Brewing in Abbotsford BC has announced the release of a special collaboration with New Westmister’s Steel & Oak.

This style, known as a graff, is beer & cider hybrid that was initially brewed as a beer, then underwent a secondary fermentation with the addition of unfiltered apple juice or “must,” sourced from Abbotsford. Heavily dry-hopped with Jarrylo and Mosaic, they say this graf is crisp and dry, with a big juicy bouquet of pear, apple, tangerine and stonefruit.

The graf will be release at the Ravens tasting room this Friday, March 31, and making its way to select private liquor stores shortly thereafter.
