Steel & Oak Brewing in New Westminster BC has released Quayside, which is the second release its single batch can series.
Oat and wheat malt cause Quayside to pour a cloudy golden hue. Conditioned on guava and fermented with Saccharomyces Brux Trois, this pale ale has a juicy tropical aroma followed by guava and fruit notes, while finishing dry with a touch of funk.
Quayside is available today in cans and growlers at the tasting room. This was a super small batch so you’ll have to go to quayside to get it.
