That New Trapp was fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Conan, which is the yeast strain used to brew the infamous NE IPA Heady Topper. It was then dry-hopped with large amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. The resulting brew is described as being a hazy and funky Brett IPA.
That New Trap will be pouring at Hearthstone on Friday, August 25 and a limited amount of cans will be available that night after packaging is complete. Look for it in select stores the following week.
