Field House Releases Wild Riesling Ale

Field House Brewing in Abbotsford BC has released their new Wild Riesling Ale.

Wild Riesling Ale is a beer/wine hybrid that was brewed in collaboration with brewmaster Mark Safarik and Tompall from Dogfish Head Brewing.

Wild Riesling Ale was created by smashing West Coast Riesling grapes into a tart farmhouse ale and aging it on wild yeast with traditionally used elderflower and sweet woodruff, yielding an eccentric slant on the time-rooted German May wine.

Wild Riesling Ale is available now at the Field House Tasting room and bottles will ship to select retail stores soon.

ABV 7.6 | IBU 10
