The Fraser is a pale ale brewed with Amchoor (Green Mango spice) and hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca, as well as some fresh Cashmere for good measure. Fermented with Saccharomyces Trois yeast, The Fraser is fruity, tropical, and funky.
The Fraser is available now at the Steel & Oak tasting room and will be on tap soon at Four Winds. It will ship out to local Metro Vancouver liquor stores next week. It will also be pouring at the BC Beer Awards this weekend.
