Dageraad Collaborates with Coalesce on Preamble Rustic Dry-Hopped Saison

Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby BC has announced the release of a special collaboration with Port Moody’s Coalesce Brewing called Preamble.

Preamble is a rustic saison fermented with a combination of the  yeast and bacterial cultures from both breweries. The beer was tank-aged for two months to allow the mixed-culture character to develop, then dry-hopped and bottle conditioned.

Preamble will be released on Saturday, March  3 at the Dageraad tasting room.
