Field House Brewing in Abbotsford, BC has released a new limited-edition seasonal beer called Cuvée Blanc Farmhouse.
Cuvée Blanc Farmhouse is their second ever oak-aged foedre beer. It was fermented with wine yeast and conditioned on 300lbs of Pinot Noir Grape pomace and a wild brett culture. They say it has the tartness and flavour of white wine paired with the barnyardy bouquets of wild aged beer.
Cuvée Blanc Farmhouse will be released at the Field House tasting room on June 19 and should ship to select private liquor stores shortly after.
