Persephone Brewing Releases 2018 “Brew the Change” Mocha Stout

Persephone Brewing in Gibsons, BC has released the 2018 edition of their fall seasonal Brew the Change, which sees them collaborate with fellow B Corps Denman Island Chocolate and Salt Spring Island Coffee.

Brew the Change is a silky porter brewed using 15 kg of 70%  Denman Island Chocolate in the kettle, then conditioned on 16 kg of ground Canopy Bird blend from Salt Spring Island Coffee. It is bold, aromatic, toasty, and supremely luxurious.

Brew the Change is available now at the tasting room and is currently shipping to select private liquor stores.
