Dageraad Releases Wet Hopped Blonde 2017

Dageraad Brewing in Vancouver BC has releases the 2017 version of their seasonal Wet-Hopped Blonde.

For this very special, once-a-year version of Dageraad Blonde, Centennial hops grown by the Sartori family in Chilliwack were added to the brew kettle the same day they were plucked from the vine. The hops add a fresh, juicy taste of local terroir to this classic Belgian-style ale.

Wet-Hopped Blonde is available now at the Dageraad tasting room and will be shipping to select private liquor stores this week and next.

Four Winds Releases Fresh Hop Wild Ale

Four Winds Brewing in Delta BC has released their new Fresh Hop Wild Ale.

This fresh hop ale was brewed with oats, rye and freshly picked BC Hop Co. Cashmere hops, then fermented with Saccharomyces Trois. It is said to have mild herbal aromas with notes of lemon and melon.

Fresh Hop Wild Ale is Available in the tasting room now for glasses and as a 4 x 473 mL can release. It will be hitting specialty specialty store shelves soon.


Phillips Releases Lumberjacked Fresh Hop Pale Ale

Phillips Brewery in Victoria BC has announced the release of a new seasonal fresh-hopped pale ale called Lumberjacked.

Lumberjacked was produced with BC Hop Co’s locally grown Lumberjack™ hops. These hops are unique to BC Hop Co’s Sumas Prairie farm and are described as being predominantly bitter with notes of melon, sweet citrus, and hints of clove and allspice.

Lumberjacked will be available on tap exclusively at Vancouver’s Tap & Barrel chain of bars. It will also be available in 650ml bomber bottles at both private and government liquor stores.



Fuggles & Warlock Collaborates with Central City for Zombie Hopocalypse

Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks in Richmond BC has released a special collaboration with Central City Brewers + Distillers called Zombie Hopocalypse.

Zombie Hopocalypse is a wet-hopped session ale that is packed with fresh Centennial and Chinook hops from BC Hop Company Ltd.

Bottle are available now at the tasting room and will be shipping to select private liquor stores next week.

Yellow Dog Releases 2017 Little Dog Syndrome Fresh Hop Double IPA

Yellow Dog Brewing in Vancouver BC has released their second fresh-hopped beer of the season: Little Dog Syndrome.

Little Dog Syndrome is a double IPA that is brewed with fresh Mosaic Hops from the Yakima Valley. They say it brings together delicious tropical notes with the unique resin of fresh hops.

Little Dog Syndrome is available now at the Yellow Dog tasting room with a limit of two 4-packs per person. It will begin shipping to select private liquor stores over the next week.


Phillips Releases Green Reaper 2017

Phillips Brewery in Victoria BC has released the 2017 version of their Green Reaper fresh-hopped IPA.

Green Reaper was brewed with full-cone Centennial hops, which were delivered fresh to the brewery and used in the brew within 24 hours of harvest. This special seasonal IPA is full of fresh floral and citrus flavours that finish with a delicious hop kick.

Green Reaper is available now at the Phillips retail store and at select private craft-focused liquor stores in BC.
